Return and Refund Policy
REFUNDS & DEPOSITS
Special order items, deposits and parts ordered from outside sources must be prepaid in full by Cash, Cashiers Check or Money Order. These parts are sold as is without warranty or guarantee, and therefore cannot be returned, credited or exchanged. Deposits are non-refundable. Merchandise not redeemed within 30 days will be returned to Inventory.
Air bags, air bag modules and air bag sensors are sold as is. MPS Auto Salvage gives no warranty or guarantee. Air bags, air bag modules, and airbag sensors are salvage and should be treated as such. No air bags should be color dyed for any reason. Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities due to purchase of airbags from MPS Auto Salvage.
All returns will incur a 25% labor and handling fee. Returns must be accompanied by original invoice within 30 days from original invoice sale date. No refunds on shipping. handling, or sales tax.
MPS Auto Salvage will not accept responsibility for labor cost incurred if part is defective. We do recommend that you have your automobile diagnosed by a certified technician if you are unsure of the problem.
All competition and/or performance parts are sold as is without any warranty or guarantee whatsoever and are for off-road use only! Buyer assumes all risks. Absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or credits. All sales are final!
